Tantra Hatha Yoga
The Courses
A complete training. A path to self-mastery.
The courses are based on Tantra Hatha Yoga, a powerful practice. It combines physical work, mental clarity, and spiritual development.
It is a system of transformation.
Through postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), purification practices (kriyas), and meditation, all levels of being are explored: body, mind, energy — and what lies beyond all of that.
There is no need to be flexible or “spiritual.” This yoga is for those who want to evolve, men and women, who seek more strength, more inner calm, beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
What is needed: presence, willpower, and a bit of courage.

What We Practice

Asanas – Dynamic and static postures to develop strength, endurance, and flexibility.
-

-
Mudras / Bandhas – Energetic locks to channel inner strength and sublimate sexual energy (Kundalini)
-
Pratyahara / Dharana – Relaxation and meditation, withdrawal of the senses and deep concentration.

Hatha Yoga
“The aim of Hatha Yoga is to provide the knowledge needed to control these two energies: ‘Ha’ and ‘Tha’ (Prana and Apana)¹. Without this knowledge, it is very difficult to gain control of the mind, which is called Raja Yoga (the royal yoga, which deals directly with the mind). Raja Yoga acts on the mind, Hatha Yoga works with Prana and Apana. There is no real difference between Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga. It is not possible to attain Raja Yoga without the practice of Hatha Yoga, and vice versa. Hatha Yoga is the practical path that makes it possible to control the mind through mastery of energy.”
(Hatha Yoga Pradipika, commentary by Swami Vishnudevananda)
¹Prana: the ascending vital energy, linked to inhalation, movement, and activity.
Apana: the descending energy, associated with exhalation, elimination, and stability.

Tantra Yoga
Tantra Hatha Yoga is a practice that uses the body, breath, emotions, and mind to cultivate greater presence, stability, and inner clarity. It combines postures, breathing, concentration, and self-observation. The word TanTra comes from the Sanskrit roots TANoti (to expand) and TRAyati (to liberate), and can be understood as a method for expanding consciousness.
This approach is not limited to sexuality: it offers concrete and profound inner work through physical and mental tools.
